Look into your heart, there is surely an artist in there :) No matter how good you are, you should believe in yourself.
I love to draw, sketch and to take photos. Im not much of a painter and when I do try it comes out... um... er... ya know :) It doesnt mean that yours will to. Experiment with things. Try new things. If they dont work, work on them them. If they do work, make them better. Thats the best thing in art. Nothing is right or wrong. If anyone tells you that your drawing is rubbish, prove them wrong. They are probably jelous anyway XD
